How do I get a quote?

Simply Upload Your Photos using the Edit My Snaps We Transfer page. You’ll have an opportunity to send a message with your photos so please give as much detail about your editing requirements as possible.

I’ll review your photos and requirements and get back to you ASAP. Don’t be afraid to ask any questions. If you just want to say hello head to the Contact page.

How much does it cost?

Costs vary and your quote will be based on the amount and complexity of the work required.

When do I pay?

Jobs costing £200 and under are to be paid upfront (100%). I usually ask for a 50% minimum deposit for jobs costing £201 and over.

Depending on the nature of the job it maybe more suitable to invoice at several stages of delivery.

What is your turnaround time?

It depends on my workload at the time but I will endeavour to provide you with watermarked proofs at the earliest opportunity, often within 24-48 hours, and will let you know when you can expect to receive them when you contact me.

If you have a specific deadline please mention this ASAP and I’ll do my absolute best to fit you in the diary.

I need my photos edited ASAP! Do you offer an express service?

Yes. If you require your edited images on the double just let me know when you make your initial inquiry and I’ll let you know if I’m able to offer you a speedier service (fees may apply).

Can I request additional editing once work has commenced?

Absolutely! Just let me know and I’ll give you an additional quote.

What happens if I'm not happy with the work that’s been carried out?

In the very rare event you’re dissatisfied with the work I’ve carried out then simply get in touch - I might be sad but I’ll be more than happy to discuss any issues you may have.

Can you print my photos?

I don’t offer a printing service but there are some great online printing services out there.
